Venice itself is a remarkable city- beautiful, artistic, cultural, historical, and frustratingly just can’t be navigated!īut to return to the hotel – to a staff who was always friendly, filled with smiles, always willing to help and offer advice and give directions (we still got lost a lot, but that was not your fault), always willing to make arrangements, always will to go that little bit extra to make the visitor welcome, made us feel like special VIP guests.
